School Year Blessing

A SCHOOL YEAR BLESSING FOR 2020/2021

If you’re anything like me, you’ve been on the rollercoaster ride known as “School Year Plans 2020” it’s a wild ride and truth be told, I’m ready to get off! While I know full well that God has commanded me not to worry, I fully admit that I have absolutely worried. Rather, I did worry until God met me right where I was and reminded me of this simple truth. That He already has it figured out, I just need to pick a path and HE WILL BE ON IT. 

Because you see, no matter which option you choose to be best for you. To be the best for your family and your children, you can count on the fact that God is with you. He promises to never leave you nor forsake you. He will be with you – and your children – on the journey.

There is not one path that’s right and one that’s wrong. We have the blessings to choose and in that choice, in God’s sovereignty, we can be assured in His presence, peace and blessing. I know as my family is walking into the unknowns of this school year, I’m holding firm to that truth. As true as it is for me, it is just as true for you, too. God is with us ready and willing to fill our hearts with joy as we trustfully walk with Him.

PRAYER

Lord Jesus, we thank you and praise you for your Sovereignty, You are in complete control. I life up my child(ren) and their school year to you. Asking that You bless Your endless peace upon each individual staff member, teacher, student and parent as they navigate the year ahead. I don’t know what’s in store, but You do. I trust in Your goodness, to bring joy and blessing no matter what comes. Give me the faith to say “it is well.”
